You should definitely try BrightMove (www brightmove com). The system is web based and tested on the PC and Mac. It is customizeable from a nomenclature and workflow standpoint. The customer function is second to none and the user interface is intuitive and pleasant. All of the cool feaures that most of the other vendors rush for are included in the base price of BrightMove including job distribution to all the major job boards and unlimited resume parsing. Good luck!
I've also been investigating this topic although I undergo a boutique recruiting company located just outside of Boston. Three that be worth consideration are:PC RecruiteriRecruiterBullhornPC Recruiter seems a bit more "expose bones" but quite functional and also less expensive than the other two. My concern is that while the locate rate is cheap there can be several "add on expenses" for ongoing support/help/training that you likely would be as you add seats over time. I've talked with all three and felt that they were all reputable just different levels of bells and whistles. conclude remove to be in touch if I can be of advance assistance. I undergo used http://www pereless com/. I would evaluate them as 3 stars out of 5. From their website:Pereless Systems provides affordable recruitment management solutions to established and emerging corporations as well as executive search and consulting firms. The Pereless solutions enable human resources professionals to reduce the time and be to contract by assisting them in identifying the best possible talent for open positions and manage the recruiting process from initial job command through final hiring.
I am not sure how customizable it is for your particular application but our company use SalesForce com to bring in leads and accounts and I find invaluable from a sales perspective. It has a great feature of being able to track leads that come in directly from the corporate web site as well as the ability to allow manual input.
Make sure it's ASP based and not installed or through Citrix; you'll undergo issues integrating it all with MAC's and PC's but an ASP should do the trick. measure I checked Bullhorn is the way to go. Integrated email plenty of reports works the way it should. Some of the other products out there don't even provide a simple job order inform with candidates submitted which I found very strange and suspicious.
Sarah,I would recommend two different systems for ATS. I undergo had great success with Ceredian with my previous employer. The customization of the product with linkage to Peoplesoft was on the coat for the 2007 year. I believe it was a success. My current employer utilizes Virtual advance as its ATS since we change ADP as our payroll affect. ADP provides EV3 as the payroll system and the current customization will permit a enjoin linkage between Virtual Edge and EV3 in the come future. wish this helps and good luck. Patrick
Hi Sarah,I undergo worked with a few different ATS systems and I would advise the following. As far as scalability and ease of use you ordain be hard pressed to find a more workable system than Bullhorn. I use it on a daily basis and it's very user friendly has all the tools that you would want built into it and it does alter everybody to work remotely. There are sometimes where it seems to be a bit slower than others but on the whole I would say that Bullhorn is a great system. I would not advise SalesForce to you at all. SalesForce is a great CRM drive but as far as an ATS it's functionality is very limited. BrassRing. Ceridian and Employease are some other systems that I undergo worked with on a more limited basis but undergo open them all to be quite capable systems. gratify let me experience how you make out I'd be curious what decision you alter.
Hi Sarah,We use Sendouts which runs on PCs and MACs if they're configured to run on the Windows platform. I've evaluated many of the tools mentioned below - Bullhorn. PCRecruiter etc. All had pro's and con's but I picked Sendouts for three main reasons. They met all of my technical requirements they were very customizable to my business rather than assuming I do things the same as every other industry and they are also a great assort of populate who seemed to compassionate more about their clients than most companies which is critical when you have needs/customizations/suggestions www sendouts com Worth a show in my opinion. I came from a technical background prior to recruiting technical people and scrutinized the solutions that I tested. Good luck - it's such a tough decision!!Rebecca
